1. About us

The website overshirt.info and the OVR Studio online store are operated by [SELLER FULL NAME], [STREET ADDRESS, POSTCODE CITY, CYPRUS] ("we", "us"). You can contact us at admin@overshirt.info.

These terms apply to every order placed on our store. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy form part of these terms.

2. Who can buy

Our store is for consumers aged 18 or over who live in the European Union. We only deliver to addresses in the EU.

3. Products

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract

After you place an order you will receive an email confirming it. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. The risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive them.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You have a 14-day right to cancel and a legal guarantee for faulty goods, as described in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU or Cyprus law.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may have an expiry date or other conditions shown with the offer.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photos, text and the OVR Studio name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

11. Your personal data

We use your personal data only as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Republic of Cyprus or the consumer authority in your own country.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
