Your right to cancel (14 days)

If you live in the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the item. If you order several items that arrive separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

To cancel, tell us before the 14 days end by emailing admin@overshirt.info with your order number. You can also use the cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.

Returning the item

Please send the item back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling, to:

You pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

You may try the item on as you would in a shop. Please return it unworn, unwashed and with its original tags. If the item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Your refund

We refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of hearing that you are cancelling. We may wait until we receive the item back, or until you show proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund only the standard delivery cost.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We do not charge any fee for refunds.

Exchanges

Our overshirt comes in one size that fits S to XL. To change the colour, return the item for a refund as described above and place a new order.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full, including shipping.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will pay the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer. This does not affect your legal rights: under EU and Cyprus law, goods must match their description and be free from defects, and you are protected for at least 2 years from delivery.
